To establish and promote Ol-Chiki literacy centers across Santali communities, provide structured education through the WISF framework, train dedicated educators, and certify institutions that uphold authentic Santali cultural and educational values.

Origin under WeSantal
BSEC operates as an official educational unit under the WeSantal - Manjhi Pargana System, established through the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and governed by the Unit Empowerment Framework.
