BSEC operates as an official educational unit under the WeSantal - Manjhi Pargana System, established through the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and governed by the Unit Empowerment Framework. We are registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and are compliant with PESA (Panchayat Extension to Scheduled Areas) Act.

3. Services Provided

BSEC provides the following services:

  • Ol-Chiki literacy programs and certification
  • Teacher training and certification
  • Institutional certification for schools and centers
  • Educational resources and materials
  • Certificate verification services

4. Eligibility

To use our certification services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old for individual applications
  • Be a legally registered institution for institutional certification
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Meet the specific requirements for each certification type

5. Certification Terms

Certifications issued by BSEC are subject to the following terms:

  • Certifications are valid for a specified period and require renewal
  • BSEC reserves the right to revoke certification for violation of standards, misconduct, or false information
  • Certified institutions must maintain compliance with BSEC standards
  • Certificates are non-transferable and remain the property of BSEC

6. User Responsibilities

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Keonjhar, Odisha.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and other applicable regulations.

BSEC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

BSEC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
